Robotic Air Duct Cleaning
Camera-led inspection and robotic cleaning for commercial HVAC duct systems, helping reach and clean duct sections where system dimensions, access conditions and equipment movement permit.

Survey the access. Select the method. Plan the work.
Real site conditions determine the equipment, protection, work zones and evidence required for a responsible specialist service.
Inspect difficult internal sections, target suitable deposits and record the condition of the sections the equipment can reach.
The scope begins with the system condition, configuration and operational requirements. The survey defines what can be accessed, which method is suitable and how completion will be recorded.
When to arrange an inspection
- Long horizontal runs with limited inspection access
- A requirement for recorded internal video
- Uncertain conditions inside accessible duct sections
- A need to confirm access before opening additional panels
What may be covered and what you can receive.
System components
- Camera survey of navigable duct sections
- Remote brushing or agitation where the system is suitable
- Live monitoring during inspection and cleaning
- Recorded verification of accessible sections
Service records
- Inspection video labelled by location
- Recorded observations of duct condition
- Matched visual evidence where practicable
- Completion report with inaccessible sections identified
The method must suit the actual system.
Robotic equipment is not suitable for every duct. Internal insulation, sharp transitions, dampers, small branches, vertical drops and obstructions can restrict movement or make another cleaning method more appropriate.

Important points before approval.
Can a robot clean every part of a duct system?+
No. Suitability depends on dimensions, bends, branches, internal lining, dampers and available access. The survey identifies where robotic equipment can be used safely and where another method is required.
Is robotic cleaning better than manual cleaning?+
It is different, not automatically better. Robotics can improve visibility and reach in suitable sections. Manual or other mechanical methods may be more effective for tight branches, vertical sections or kitchen exhaust systems that carry grease.
Will we receive the inspection footage?+
Recorded extracts can form part of the agreed closure pack. The report should identify the system and location shown so that the footage can be matched to the approved scope.
