Multi-outlet kitchen exhaust programme for a national QSR chain
Client identity withheld where confidentiality applies. The spine is always the same: Challenge → Inspection → Execution → Evidence → Outcome.

01Challenge
A national quick-service chain needed consistent exhaust hygiene across high-volume frying outlets, with no disruption to trading hours and standardised reporting for its audit team.
02Inspection
Each outlet received a full-path survey — hood, plenum, duct runs and fan — with grease accumulation graded and photographed. Access gaps were mapped so panels could be installed during the first visit.
03Execution
Night-window cleaning crews worked outlet by outlet on a rolling calendar, degreasing to bare metal, servicing fans and installing access panels where the duct network needed them.
04Evidence
Every outlet closed with before/after photographs at each access point, a completion checklist and a service certificate filed to the chain's central facilities team.
05Outcome
The programme moved the estate from reactive call-outs to a planned cleaning calendar with uniform documentation across outlets.
// Field photography from the live project. Full evidence dossiers are shared during the survey stage, subject to client confidentiality.
The first step costs nothing
